Country music band Lonestar will take the stage for a one-night only performance at Niswonger Performing Arts Center at 7:30 p.m., Saturday, September 14.

Lonestar is making a stop in Greeneville for their North American 2019 concert tour dubbed “Hits & More Hits.”

This year marks the 20th anniversary of the band’s triple-platinum Lonely Grill album, which featured four songs that hit number one on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart: “Amazed” (also a number one Hot 100 hit), “Smile,” “What About Now,” and “Tell Her.”

Lonestar will showcase much of the album along the “Hits and More Hits” trek and are discussing recording new stripped-down versions of their hits. The band promises an intimate and memorable performance not to be missed by any Lonestar fan.

The veteran band, comprised of lead vocalist Richie McDonald, Dean Sams on keyboard, guitarist Michael Britt, and Keech Rainwater on drums, perform an array of songs ranging from their more than 20-year career.
