Whereas, Larry Harting, a single person, by his Deed of Trust dated the 12th day of April, 2007, and recorded in the Recorder's Office for Gasconade County, Missouri, in Deed of Trust Document No. 2007-1375, conveyed to Michael R. Mundwiller, Trustee, the following described real estate situate in Gasconade County, Missouri, to wit:
Lot 13 on East Fifth Street in the City of Hermann, Missouri, as per plat thereof.
Subject to easements, restrictions, reservations of record, if any.
which conveyance was made to Micheal R. Mundwiller, Trustee in Trust to secure to the payment of one certain note in said Deed of Trust described; and
Whereas, default was made and still continues in the payment of said note.
Now, therefore, at the request of the legal holder of said note and in pursuance of the provisions of said Deed of Trust, the undersigned Trustee will sell the property above described at public vendue, to the highest bidder for cash, at the front door of the Gasconade County Courthouse in the City of Hermann, Gasconade County, Missouri on Friday, October 29, 2010, between the hours of nine o'clock a.m. and five o'clock p.m. more specifically at one o'clock p.m. for the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the cost of executing this trust.
