The State of Missouri to the unknown heirs and devisees of James Quirk, deceased, and to the unknown heirs and devisees of Victoria M. Quirk, deceased:
You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court of Gasconade County, Missouri, the object and general nature of which is to quiet title based on adverse possession of certain real property in Gasconade County, Missouri, described as follows:
NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4, NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4, and W 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 35, Township 41 North, Range 6 West.
Also a tract described as follows: Beginning at the center corner of Section 35, Township 41 North, Range 6 West; thence running due West along the line 9.67 chains, variation 4º30' East, to a sandstone 16x9x3 inches; thence North, variation 6º5' East, 7.91 chains to a sandstone 22x9x3 inches; thence North 66º East, variation 6º5' East, 18.16-1/2 chains to a sandstone 16x10x3 inches; thence beginning North 66º East, variation 6º East, Northeast to the east boundary line of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4; thence south along the line to the Southeast corner of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4; thence West, variation 4º30' [sic], along said line to the Place of Beginning. WHEREAS, Daniel F. Buschmann and Patricia J. Buschmann, his wife, by their Deed of Trust dated the 25th day of September, 2010, and recorded in the Recorder of Deed's Office of Gasconade County, Missouri, as Document No. 2010-2946 conveyed to Tom Kimminau, Trustee, the following described property situated in the County of Gasconade, State of Missouri, to-wit:
