Barber brings sophistication to Newport

Maybe it’s the two tone Doc Martens.
There’s definitely something hip about the new barber in Newport, as members of Cocke County Partnership/Chamber discovered at Tuesday’s ribbon cutting.
Then again, it might be the interior paint choices of owner Jeremy Johnston for his shop, Premier Barbers, which opened mid January. The renovated space at 512B N. Broadway has already been dubbed a man cave.
