Based on the Morristown City Council’s search criteria, two finalists for the city administrator’s job — Jody Baltz and Anthony Cox — appeared to distance themselves from two others during public interviews Thursday morning.
Baltz, city administrator of Tullahoma, and Cox, city manager in Radford, Va., seemingly have the skill set councilmembers indicated they require at the helm of city government — financial expertise, an inclination to communicate with council and experience in industrial recruitment.
