The members and staff of PLLC have announced the addition of Paul Lynch to the accounting firm as a staff accountant.
Joe Swann, CPA and member of PCCSC, said the members of the firm are excited to have Lynch build his career as they expand the foundation that will continue the legacy of the accounting firm.
“Paul is an ex c e p t i o n a l young man with local roots. He has a long heritage in Morristown, with his grandfather being a physician and his father being a small business owner in our community. We are proud to have him continue that heritage at our firm,” Swann said.
Lynch is excited about the future with PCCSC and Morristown.
“Morristown is where I grew up and would like to live. I love Morristown and so naturally I want to work in and give back to the community in which I grew up,” Lynch said.
A native of Morristown, Lynch graduated in 2007 from Morristown-Hamblen High School West. He earned both his Bachelor’s degree in accounting in 2011 and his Master of Accountancy degree in 2012 from East Tennessee State University.
While at ETSU, Lynch was a member of President’s Pride, student vicepresident of Phi Kappa Phi, a member of the Centennial Steering Committee and was an orientation preview leader. He was an ETSU Student Support Services tutor and a graduate assistant in the Sam Wilson College of Business advising office. Lynch also completed an internship with the City of Morristown.
Lynch is the son of Gene and Becca Lynch of Morristown. He is a member of First United Methodist Church.
