Biker arrested after chase and crash

An alleged intoxicated motorcyclist from Russellville remarkably escaped serious injury early Sunday morning after he was involved in a high-speed crash as he turned from Haun Drive onto East Morris Boulevard, according to police.     Thunderstorms raced through East Tennessee Sunday afternoon and evening, leaving reports of hail, downed trees and power lines in areas primarily south and west of the Lakeway Area.     Progress continues on the Farmers Martket site in Morristown as bathrooms have been placed.

    Progress was marked at Morristown Farmers Market on Saturday when the prefab building containing two restrooms was lifted and set into place by a large crane.
