DESCRIPTION:<p><span style='font-family: Arial\;'><strong> </strong>Talente
 d local artist Kay Murphy will teach this workshop.  The class will meet o
 n Saturday\, February 23\, from 9:30 a.m.to 12:30 p.m.  The focus of this 
 class will be free and loose landscapes.  Students will go home with a com
 pleted 9 x 12 “ painting.  The fee is only $50.  Students need to bring a 
 set of watercolors and brushes (available locally).  Pre-registration and 
 advance payment are required. </span></p>\n<p><span style='font-family: Ar
 ial\;'>Kay Murphy\, of Talbott\, has been a full-time fine artist for more
  than 30 years\, selling her art at shows and festivals.  She also free-la
 nced with greeting card publishers licensing her art to: National Wildlife
  Federation\, Humane Society of the United States\, Pumpernickel Press\, <
 strong></strong><span style='font-family: Arial\;'>Barton-Cotton to name a
  few.  Her favorite subjects include wildlife\, equine art and southwest t
 hemes.</span></span></p>
