DESCRIPTION:<p>Coats\, hats\, scarves and gloves will be given away at no c
 harge during the annual “Coats for the Cold”  distribution  -  from 9 a.m.
  to 1 p.m. at Rock of Refuge Church\, 1312 Davis St. in Morristown.</p>\n<
 p>Church pastor is the Rev. Jeff Wells.</p>\n<p>In the past\, the church h
 as given away an average of 1\,000 coats on distribution day. Any coats or
  cold-weather items that remain after Dec. 1 will be offered to Hamblen Co
 unty nonprofit agencies who serve the homeless.</p>\n<p>A second distribut
 ion will be conducted in an area of Knoxville that serves the city’s homel
