 aft Vendors\, Artists\, and Quilters</em></strong></p>\n<p>            The
  Louie Bluie Music & Arts Festival is Saturday\, September 29 — a Fall fes
 tival\, with the anticipation of pleasant temperatures and all the colors 
 that nature bestows on the Cumberland Mountains surrounding Cove Lake Stat
 e Park\, in Caryville\, TN ( just a mile off I-75 at exit 134).</p>\n<p>Or
 ganizers are accepting craft vendor applications for space\, and the deadl
 ine for a discounted vendor fee is Saturday\, July 14.  Pay only $40 if ap
 plication with fee is postmarked no later than this date. One of the benef
 its of early registration guarantees the vendor’s name and a photo of thei
 r craft on the festival website where it remains until the 2013 festival.<

 for information about applications and vendor deadlines.</p>\n<p>Quilters 
 may enter their quilts for the festival judging & exhibit Wednesday\, Sept
 . 26 from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm at The Quilt Patch\, 2221 Jacksboro Pike (Foo
 d City Center) LaFollette\, TN.  Fee per quilt is only $5. Written criteri
 a used for judging is returned with each entry. Quilt categories and entry

 outh artists creating both two and three dimensional visual art will enter
  the festival’s judged art & exhibit on Friday\, Sept. 28 at the Pavilion 
 at the state park. New this year will be the use of pre-printed judges sco
 re sheets which will be returned with each entry. Judges this year are Jer
 ed Sprecher\, Assoc. Professor of Art\, University of Tennessee\, and Brya
 n Wilkerson\, Assoc. Professor of Art & Design\, Roane State Community Col
 lege.</p>\n<p>Entry fees are $10 per entry for adult artists and $5 for yo
