DESCRIPTION:<p>Blount Mansion’s Halloween tour Ghost and Ghouls is back.</p
 >\n<p>The walking tour of downtown Knoxville’s haunted past is sure to ple
 ase every family. Two tours will leave the Blount Mansion Visitors Center 
 at 6:30 and 8 p.m. Saturday and Monday evening. Cost is $10 for adults and
  $5 for children.</p>\n<p>Blount Mansion will be guiding tours through the
  streets of downtown Knoxville showcasing it’s ghastly past.  Festively dr
 essed guides will lead the guests by lantern light through the streets and
  alleyways of historic Knoxville telling historically based tales of intri
 gue.</p>\n<p>Some of the featured stories will include the mystery of the 
 Gay Street Bridge\, Blount Mansion’s own Craighead Jackson house as well a
 s the legend of the Wampus Cat.</p>\n<p>Ghost and Ghouls will share the be
 st local lore with you and your family in this Halloween event.</p>\n<p>Bl
 ount Mansion is the home of William Blount\, Tennessee’s only signer of th
 e United States Constitution\, as well as where the Tennessee State Consti
 tution was signed. Blount Mansion is Knoxville’s only National Historic La
 ndmark and is Knoxville’s oldest house museum. It is owned an operated by 
 the Blount Mansion Association\, Inc.\, a nonprofit\, educational organiza
 tion.</p>
