 m>KNOXVILLE\, TN (September 25\, 2012) – On Thursday\, October 18\, 2012\,
  at 3:00 p.m. the Joy of Music School invites the community to participate
  in a street renaming and ribbon-cutting ceremony in honor the school’s fo
 under\, and beloved community leader\, the late James A. Dick\, Sr.\, who 
 passed away last year.</p>\n</div>\n<p>Mr. Dick’s widow\, Mrs. Marilyn Dic
 k\, will be the guest of honor as Knoxville Mayor\, Madeline Rogero\, perf
 orms the ribbon cutting.  Other members of the Dick family will be on hand
 \, as well as officials from city\, county and state governments.</p>\n<p>
 The ceremony will feature remarks from representatives of the School inclu
 ding Board President\, Trey Coleman and Executive Director\, Francis Graff
 eo.  Current and past Joy of Music School board members\, volunteers and s
 tudents receiving lessons will attend.  Refreshments and tours of the Scho
 ol will be provided following the brief ceremony.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This e
 vent is free and open to the public.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Joy of Music Sc
 hool is a nonprofit organization that provides free music lessons to disad
 vantaged youth in the Knoxville community.  The organization was founded i
 n 1998 by James A. Dick\, Sr. with the vision of providing free music less
 ons and instruments to children unable to afford them.  The School operate
 s six days a week. Lessons are taught by volunteer instructors.</p>\n<p> <
