DESCRIPTION:<p>KNOXVILLE\, Tenn. – The Knoxville Writers’ Guild is proud to
launch its ninth literary anthology\, “Love\, Angst\, and the Death of In
 nocence\,” at its Thursday\, Dec. 6 meeting.</p>\n<p><a href='http://www.c

\n<p>Several contributors will read selections from the book at the event\
, which will be open to the public\, beginning at 7 p.m.\, at the Laurel T
heater\, at the corner of Laurel Avenue and 16th Street in Fort Sanders. A
$2 donation is requested at the door. The building is handicapped accessi
ble. Additional parking is available at Redeemer Church of Knoxville\, 164
2 Highland Ave.</p>\n<p>The anthology is a collection of poetry and prose
from teenagers across East Tennessee. The title\, “Love\, Angst\, and the
Death of Innocence\,” reflects the book’s three themes\, which were select
ed because of their relevance to adolescence.</p>\n<p>One of the anthology
editors\, Erin Atchley\, said love and angst are fairly universal experie
nces\, but “the death of innocence” is a rite of passage unique to each in
 dividual.</p>
