 gn='center'>The City of Morristown’s Parks & Recreation Department will ce
 lebrate Halloween with “BOOfest” on Monday\, Oct. 22\, 2012\, from 5:00 p.
 m. – 8:00 p.m. along the trail at FredMillerPark.</p>\n<p align='center'>R
 egistration will begin at 5:00pm. Early Registration will begin October 8\
 , 2012 at the main office 415 w. Louise Ave\,. There will be a shuttle ser
 vice available at First Baptist\, First Presbyterian\, and All Saints Epis
 copalian Church parking lots\, the Girls inc. bus will begin picking up at
  4:45p.m. and run approximately every 20 minutes.</p>\n<p style='text-alig
 n: center\;' align='center'>Parking will be available at Gateway and Calva
 ry Church. Health Star Physicians will allow parking starting at 5:30p. Pa
 rking will be available in the Rosedale parking lot and Mill St. Parking L
 ot. Handicap parking will be permitted in the Jackson Street parking lot w
 ith Emergency Personnel. Jackson Street will have another parking area in 
 the grass with ramp accessibility.  Morristown Police Department will be a
 ssisting us this evening to help with any parking problems\, <strong><span
  style='text-decoration: underline\;'>please keep in mind tickets will be 
 given to those who park  illegally. Please be mindful of driveways and chi
 ldren crossing the street. Teenagers and Adults are not allowed to wear an
 y mask or face make-up that inhibits facial recognition. This event is for
  age’s 2-12 children.</span></strong> Please look for parking signs and as
 k for assistance from staff working that evening. Northbound traffic  on J
 ackson will be rerouted until the event is over.</p>\n<p>Trick or treat ar
 ound the trail and visit all the booths. The night promises to be spooketa
 cular for ages up to 14. Early registration will begin October 8<sup>th</s
 up> and go thru Oct. 22.</p>\n<p>You may register at the Morristown Parks 
 and Recreation office at 415 W. Louise Ave.\, from 8:30am till 5:30pm. If
