 nET on the importance of an educated workforce. This forum is a part of th
 e community engagement work East Tennessee PBS is doing with American Grad
 uate\, a nationwide initiative to address the dropout crisis. Work from ou
 r American Graduate Digital Storytelling Workshop\, with students from Tri
 be One and the Knoxville Area Urban League\, will premiere before this imp
 ortant discussion.</p>\n<p>American Graduate: Let’s Make it Happen is a mu
 lti-year public media initiative\, supported by the Corporation for Public
  Broadcasting (CPB)\, to help local communities identify and implement sol
 utions to the high school dropout crisis. Public broadcasting has a long h
 istory improving educational outcomes for high-need students and communiti
 es. The dropout crisis demands attention now\, and we are rising to the ch
