    Magic is happening within the walls of Rose Center.     Encore Theatrical Company recently announced it will offer three spring break camps March 30 through April 3 for students in Pre-K through Kindergarten, Grades 1-6, and Grades 7-12. The camps are geared towards giving students experience, knowledge and training for theater and music.     The From Africa to Appalachia Foundation and the African American Heritage Alliance are presenting the African American Quilt Conference of Appalachia on April 10-11 at Rose Center in Morristown.
