Ricky Skaggs to kick off Barbeque & Bluegrass at Dollywood

Bluegrass legend Ricky Skaggs and his band, Kentucky Thunder, return to Pigeon Forge this weekend to kick off Dollywood’s Barbeque & Bluegrass festival.
