The bride-elect is a 2011 graduate of the University of Tennessee, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences, with a concentration in Biochemistry and Cellular and Molecular Biology. She is a 2013 graduate of East Tennessee State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Philip Bradfute, Morristown, and Mr. and Mrs. Howard Bryant of Talbott.
Her fiancé is a 2014 graduate of East Tennessee State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He is the grandson of the late Ms. Sidoña U. Goss of Knoxville; the late Dr. and Mrs. Joseph and Frances Goss of Nashville; and the late Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Albert Cantley, Jr. of Corryton.
The couple plans a private wedding for 3 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 27, 2014, at Harvest Acres Farm in Limestone.
Gary and Leslie Dalton of Bean Station announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter Chelsea Noelle Dalton, to Westley Logan Harris, son of Tony and Tammy Harris of Morristown.
Chelsea is the granddaughter of Judy Mashburn of Sevierville and the late Paul and Della Dalton of Bean Station and great-granddaughter of Vaughnee Collins of Bean Station. She is a 2010 graduate of Grainger High School and attended Walters State Community College. She is employed at Citizen’s Bank and Trust in Rutledge.
Westley is the grandson of Roy and Ruth Ann Green of Morristown and Nancy Harris and the late Raymond Harris of Rogersville. He is a 2010 graduate of Morristown-Hamblen High School West. He received his Bachelors of Science in computer engineering from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in May. He is employed as a software engineer for Radio Systems Corp. in Knoxville.
The wedding ceremony will be held Sept. 20 at Riverview Baptist Church in Bean Station.

She currently works as a registered critical care nurse at Bristol Regional Medical Center in Bristol. In Spring 2015, she will attend ETSU to pursue a degree as nurse practitioner. She is the granddaughter of the late Lawrence and Mary Ellen Thayer of Morristown and the late Lynn “Jeep” and Jane Rouse of Morristown.
Her fiancé is a 2006 graduate of Dobyns-Bennett High School, where he was a member of the tennis team. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in engineering technology from ETSU in 2011. He currently works as an engineer in technology at Eastman Chemical Company in Kingsport. He is the grandson of the late Burns and Ann Davis of Kingsport and the late Ralph and Adelaide Bradley of Kingsport.
The couple plans a private wedding for 5:30 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 13, 2014, at Rose Hill Chapel in Johnson City.
