Attitude Exchange Company to host discussion sessions on modern issues
Members of the Attitude Exchange Company perform a skit personifying various emotions and how to rise above them and look at situations differently.
Attitude Exchange Company is an eight session program that discusses freedom from labels, feelings, fear, anger, sadness and loneliness and encourages forgiveness, hope and celebration of community.
This program is an awareness program that helps attendees to identify issues in their lives; therefore, looking at circumstances and situations differently and then changing their attitude. The program uses practical visual applications for learning how to change your perspective. Sprinkled in each session will be components of fun and laughter as well as excitement and enthusiasm.
Attitudes affect so many things in life such as relationships, employment, school performance and even families. Attitudes can affect physical health as well as contributing to mental issues.
Attitude Exchange Company is offered at no charge beginning Sunday, June 22 at 5:30 p.m. at Connection Fellowship in Crescent Center Shopping Center. The program is for age 3 and up. For more information, contact Valerie at 423-231-5956 or Kim at 423-736-4841.
