Price – Nelson
Mr. and Mrs. Craig Price of Morristown announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Lacey Meredith Price, to Adam Nelson Evans, son of Don and Yvonne Evans of Mascot.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of John and Virginia Harrell of Rogersville and the late C. Herbert Price and Willie Price Argo.
She is the 2006 graduate of Morristown East High School. She is also a 2010 graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelors and a 2014 graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Masters in Special Education. She is employed with the Hamblen County School System teaching special education at Morristown West High School.
The groom-elect is the grandson of Ruby Evans and the late Fred Evans and Sue Evans and the late Pete and Bessie Moreland.
He is a 2000 graduate of Carter High School, 2004 graduate of Carson Newman with a Bachelor in Business Administration and a 2009 University of Tennessee graduate with a Masters in Special Education. He is employed by Jefferson County Schools as a special education teacher at Maury Middle School.
The wedding will be May 31, 2014 at First Baptist Church’s Harrell Park. Invitations have been sent.
Jaynes – Deering
Joseph and Elizabeth Jaynes of White Pine announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Anna Elizabeth Jaynes, to Jason Lawson Deering, son of Kenny Deering and Melissa Climer of Jefferson City.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Kathryne Bible and the late John T. Bible of Morristown, Betty and B.E. Cole of Morristown, and the late Donald and Hannah Jaynes of White Pine.
She is a 2007 graduate of Jefferson County High School, a graduate of Walters State Community College and 2013 graduate of UTMCK School of radiography. She is employed at Summit Medical Group in Knoxville as a radiologic technologist.
The groom-elect is the grandson of Wanda McGovern and the late George Deering of White Pine, and Sylvia and the late Tex Climer of Jefferson City.
He is 2005 graduate of Jefferson County High School and graduated from Walters State Community College. He is an employee of Jefferson City Parks and Recreation, and is a referee with the Knox South Association.
The wedding will be held on May 24 at Hilltop View Farm in Morristown. Invitations have been sent.
Musick – Gray
Carl and Eugenia Musick of Talbott announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Mary Cala Musick of Talbott, to Richard Dewayne Gray of Rutledge.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late James and Minnie Shepard of Talbott and the late Carl Sr. and Dorothy Musick of Morristown. She is a 2006 graduate of Morristown West High School, a 2010 graduate of East Tennessee State University and is currently enrolled in the master’s of speech pathology program at ETSU. She is employed as a speech therapist in the Greene County School System.
The groom-elect is the son of Steve and Michelle Lakins of Rutledge and Mr. Jeff Gray of Rutledge. He is the grandson of the late Floyd and Rebecca Gray of Rutledge and the late Lawrence and Jean Smith of Fort Payne, Alabama. He is a 2007 graduate of Rutledge High School. He is employed by Claiborne Hauling of Knoxville.
The wedding ceremony will be held 6 p.m. June 7, 2014 at Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church in Talbott, with Pastor Kenny Boling, the couple’s pastor, officiating the ceremony. The reception will follow at the Watkin’s Farm in Jefferson City.
Wolfe – Collins

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Geraldine Park and Joe Wolfe of Morristown and Barbara and the late Robert Polley of Morristown.
She is a 2008 graduate of Morristown East High School and a 2012 graduate of Walters State Community College. She will graduate with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from Milligan College in December 2014. She is employed by Hamblen County Board of Education.
The groom-elect is the grandson of Annell and the late Clark Seal of Sneedville and Daisy and the late Joe Collins of Sneedville.
He is a 2004 graduate of Hancock County High School.
He is a 2012 graduate of Walters State Community College. He will graduate with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Bethel University in August 2014. He is employed at United Parcel Service and Home Depot.
The wedding is planned for 5:30 p.m. June 26, 2014 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. No formal invitations will be sent. All friends and family are welcomed.
