BURSELL CLEVENGER BELCHER
Bursell Clevenger Belcher, 92, of Newport, passed away, Saturday, Jan. 11, 2014 at her home.
She was a member of the Open Door Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Belcher; daughter-in-law, Peggy Belcher; parents, Walter and Ollie Clevenger; sisters, Rausea Florence Raines, Ruth Clevenger, Almeda Clevenger; brothers, Ben, Herbert and William Clevenger.
She is survived by her sons, Doyle Belcher, Donnie (Vickie) Belcher of Newport; grandchildren, Donna Hunt, Tammy (Matt) Salyers of Newport, Torie Belcher of Johnson City; great-grandchildren, Austyn and Logan Hunt and Camryn Salyers; step-grandson, Chuck Shropshire; three step-grandchildren; brother, Edward Clevenger of Newport; sister, Naomi Ochman of Newport; special friend, Betty Foster; also several nieces, nephews and other family and friends. She is also survived by her special caregivers, Wilma Clevenger, Jane Proctor and Dr. Ken Johnson.
The family would like to give special thanks to Smoky Mountain Home Health and Hospice.
Funeral services will be held 8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 14 in Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Delbert Raines, Jerry Raines and Ed Frazier officiating.
Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 15 in Dunn Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Open Door Church or Newport Rescue Squad.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Manes Funeral Home prior to the funeral services.

HOWARD E. BUNCH
Howard E. Bunch, 78, of Morristown, passed away Friday, Jan. 10, 2014 at Lakeway Regional Hospital.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 13 at Highland Baptist Church with the Rev. Terry Bunch officiating. The body will lie in state for 30 minutes prior to the service. Interment will follow at Hamblen Memory Gardens with Military Honors by VFW Post 5266 officiating.

MARGIE JEWEL COLLIER
Margie Jewel Collier, 86, of Jefferson City, passed away Saturday, Jan. 11, 2014 from an automobile accident. She was a member of Faithful Missionary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Oval and Emma Lee COllier; sister, Mary Katherine Collier; brother, Donald Collier; sister-in-law, Betty Jean Collier; and brother-in-law, Clayton Hill.
She iss ruvived by her sisters, Dorothy Hill of Jefferson City, Imojean (Swan) Greenlee of Mohawk, Hazel (Robert) Laws of Morristown and Janet (Johnny) Shelton of Morristown; brothers, James Collier and Bobby (Rosemary) Collier, both of Talbott; special friend, James Norton; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 15 at Fielden Chapel with the Rev. Jack McCarter officiating. Interment will be 11 a.m. Thursday in Ebenezer Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. prior to the service at Fielden Funeral Home in New Market

PATSY DAVIS
Patsy Davis, 64, of Jefferson City, passed away at 2:15 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 12, 2014 at her residence following a brief illness. She was a member of Chestnut Grove United Methodist Church and attended Grants Chapel United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Melissa Widmann and father, Frank (Shorty) McSpadden.
She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 22 years, Johnny Davis of Jefferson City; daughters, Robin Pendleton and Misty Hill, both of Morristown; grandchildren, Amanda Widmann of Morristown, Anthony Widmann of Newport, Megan Widmann of Jefferson City, Coty Burton (Leslie), Trevor Hill and Devin Hill, all of Morristown; great-grandchildren, Killyen Myers and Maleah Widmann, both of Morristown; mother, Barbara McSpadden of Dandridge; sisters, Judy Gray of Dandridge and Kathy Holt of Morristown; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 14 at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Fred Hammer and the Rev. Charles Shipley officiating. Family and friends will gather at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 15 to proceed to Jefferson Memorial Gardens for an 11 a.m. graveside interment service. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. Tuesday evening prior to the funeral service at the funeral home.

Abner B. Fee, 80, of Morristown, passed away Sunday, Jan. 12, 2014 at The Heritage Center Nursing Home.

J.D. LIVESAY
J.D. Livesay, 70, of Mooresburg, passed away Sunday, Jan. 12, 2014 after an extended illness. He was a member of Gills Chapel Baptist Church. J. D. was a Creel Clerk for Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency and operated the J. D. Livesay Grocery for a number of years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Pearl Russell Livesay.
Survivors include a daughter, Elicia Livesay and husband, Jeff Vasilko of Elizabethton; sons, Brian Livesay of Mooresburg, John Livesay, Daniel Livesay and Thomas Livesay all of Dawsonvillle, Ga.; sister, Irene Grayson and husband, Dick of Mountain City; several grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
Visitation hours will be 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Jan. 13 at Broome Funeral Home, Rogersville.
Funeral service will be conducted at 8 p.m. Monday, Jan. 13 in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Robby Drinnon and the Rev. Kenneth Luckadoo officiating. Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, Ja. 14 at Meadow Brook Cemetery, Bean Station.

Arlie V. (Rod) Long, 68, of Bean Station, passed away on Saturday, Jan, 11, 2014 at his residence.

Evelyn D. Morris, 80, of Morristown, passed away Sunday, Jan. 12, 2014 at Lakeway Regional Hospital.

LORAN A. WHALEY
Loran A. Whaley, of Dandridge, passed away Saturday morning, Jan. 11, 2014 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center in Knoxville. He was the son of the late C.W. and Maudie Smelcer Whaley of Sevier County.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Frank J. Whaley.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia (Pat) Finchum Whaley; brother, Loy H. Whaley (Ronda) of Sevierville; sister-in-law, Maxine O. Whaley of Knoxville; nieces, Karen Whaley Patrick (Jason) of Sevierville, Patricia Whaley Walker (Mark) of Knoxville, Pamela Whaley Lee (Dr. Richard T.) of Knoxville; nephew, Jeffrey F. Whaley of Alabama; several great-nephews and nieces.
Loran was a graduate of Sevier County High School and attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, and served as an MP in the United States Army. He was stationed in Korea from March 1951 until the cease-fire in the summer of 1953. He was a lifetime member of the Dandridge V.F.W. Post No. 3380 and was also a member of the First Baptist Church of Dandridge. He retired as branch manager of the Jefferson Farmers Co-op in Dandridge after 37 years of employment with the company.
There will be no formal visitation service, however friends may call at the family home, 904 Holtsinger Drive in Dandridge after 4 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday and anytime at their convenience at Farrar Funeral Home in Dandridge. Private graveside services with full military honors will be held at Shiloh Cemetery in Pigeon Forge with the Rev. Dr. Robert F. Brown officiating.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the building fund of the First Baptist Church of Dandridge, P.O. Box 246, Dandridge, TN 37725.
