The Covenant HomeCare Hospital Grief Support Groups meets from 10 to 11 a.m. on the fourth Monday of each month at the Morristown Regional Cancer Center at Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System. For more information, call 1-877-334-4500.

The Nar-Anon Family Support Group meets at 8 p.m. every Thursday at New Hope Recovery Center ,233 Main St., in Morristown. The group offers 12-step recovery help for families and friends of addicts.

10 a.m. LECTURE: FALL PREVENTION until 11 a.m. at the Roby Fitzgerald Adult Center at Takoma Regional Hospital in Greeneville with guest speaker Kelly Jones, community nurse liaison for Takoma Inpatient Physical Rehabilitation Center. 8:30 a.m. 23rd ANNUAL JINGLE BELL RUN/WALK FOR ARTHRITIS until 11 a.m. at Market Square in Knoxville to benefit the Arthritis Foundation. More than 2,200 participants are expected to take part this year’s 10K timed fun run, 5K timed fun run and one-mile walk. University of Tennessee campus mascot, Smokey, has been chosen as this year’s dog honoree because dogs get arthritis, too. For more information, visit www.knoxvillejbr.org.
