Stamm to preach message on ‘Jewish Roots of Pentecost’
Larry Stamm, of Larry Stamm Ministries, will share a biblically based message entitled “The Jewish Roots of Pentecost” at Grace Fellowship Church, Room 401, in Johnson City on Friday, May 17, 2013 at 6:30 p.m.
Larry Stamm Ministries is a non-profit ministry committed to equipping the church with evangelism tools and techniques and encouraging Christians through biblical preaching from the unique and insightful lens of a Jewish believer in Jesus.
Stamm, whose father immigrated to the U.S. during the Holocaust, is the first and only Jewish believer of Jesus in his family. Stamm was raised in a Reform Jewish home in Florida. He always believed in God, but like many, his religious experience was mostly a matter of social and cultural events and tradition. It wasn’t until he came to know Jesus in 1987 that his Jewish heritage found a deeper meaning within the context of a personal relationship with the God of Israel.
To Larry Stamm, the objective evidence of the Hebrew Bible and the New Testament, and the transformation in his life provide ample evidence that Jesus was who he claimed to be the Jewish Messiah and Savior of the World.
Grace Fellowship Church is located at 2314 South Greenwood Drive in Johnson City. There is no admission charge.
