KMHB to host Sanitation Workers’ Breakfast

Keep Morristown Hamblen Beautiful will be hosting the Annual Sanitation Workers Appreciation Breakfast on April 19 at 7 a.m., at the Hamblen County Highway Department.

Sanitation employees in the city and county work long, hard hours to ensure trash is collected, brush and miscellaneous items are kept off the curbs and roads are safe for travel. They also do little “extras” that sometimes go unnoticed.

KMHB would like to recognize sanitation workers who have gone over and above their job responsibilities and requirements in the  community. Anyone wishing to submit the name of a city or county sanitation worker, contact KMHB at 423-586-6422. Submissions can be emailed to kabed@musfiber.com or faxed to 423-586-6576. Deadline is April 5. Include a brief summary of why this person should be nominated.
