Mark Hurst, Morristown AM Rotary Club president, was the go-to man at Wal-Mart at Crockett Square on Wednesday morning. With the exception of a few illnesses, nearly 100 students in Hamblen County Schools were excused from classes to fulfill Hurst’s year-long plan to have themselves a merry little Christmas.     Monthly traffic citations issued by traffic cameras in Morristown have fallen by 55 percent since the new cameras on Highways 25E and 160 were installed in August, according to statistics made public Tuesday afternoon. The overwhelming majority of camera-generated citations issued in Morristown come from cameras on these thoroughfares.
