While no suspect has been identified in a shooting that shattered door glass at the Morristown J.C. Penney Sunday afternoon, a police detective said this morning he’s been able to establish certain facts.     The Tennessee Highway Patrol this afternoon released the name of a Jefferson City woman killed in a two-vehicle collision in Grainger County on Sunday. Alyssa B.
