    Morristown businessman Fred Burnett on Monday began contesting the necessity of a $25,000 backflow-preventer assembly he installed at his furniture warehouse at the behest of Morristown Utility Systems inspectors. Burnett is also contesting the legality of an annual inspection fee he’s required to pay to a private, certified plumber.     Special Agents in the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s Medicaid Fraud Control Unit have obtained indictments for a Rogersville dentist and his daughter accused of committing TennCare fraud.
