A series of strong thunderstorms passed through East Tennessee Wednesday afternoon and evening, generating tornado warnings, strong winds, hail and heavy rain.     A 19-year-old Kingsport man was killed early Thursday morning after he was ejected from his vehicle, according to Tennessee Highway Patrol troopers. Trooper Jeremy Shelton said Justin R.
