Rolled fondant and gum paste flowers will also be discussed. The class will start on Thursday, April 12, from 6 to 8 p.m. and will meet for five weeks. The fee is $35 and pre-registration is required. Students must have taken Course I to enroll in this class.

She is a member of the International Cake Exploration Societe and takes several classes and seminars each year in new styles and techniques. She was honored with the Southeast Territory Wilton Method Instructor of the Year award for 1998.
