Vietnam Veterans of American, Tennessee State Council President, Barry Rice, will present a new VVA Chapter Charter to Morristown Chapter 1073 at 10 a.m. Jan. 26 at the National Guard Armory, Russellville.
All veterans, especially Vietnam veterans, and their families are urged to attend.
