Jonathan Overly will be the guest speaker this month for the Torch Club. Jonathan is the Director of the Clean Fuels Coalition of East Tennessee, a University of Tennessee organization.
He is the person to ask about hybrids, plug-in hybrids, all-electric cars and conversion kits for gas-fueled cars.
