Samuel Doak Chapter NSDAR will meet at 1:30 at the Women’s Club House on April 26th, 2012. A program on Women’s Suffrage by Cecile Wimberley, a lawyer from Kingsport, will be our program. Donahue Bible, who was awarded the Historic Preservation Medal at the TSDAR Convention but was unable to attend, will be honored. The Samuel Doak Scholarships will be awarded. Hostesses are Chm. Sarah Murphy, Jean Ann Dugger, Carolyn Hall, Mable Sue Hall, Miriam Harmeling, Carol Long, Joan Macdonald and Bee Travelute.
