Boys and Girls Club of Morristown to Host a
HALLOWEEN ALTERNATIVE PARTY for the Community Youth
The Boys and Girls Club of Morristown, located at 311 Sulphur Springs Rd, will host a community wide Halloween Alternative Party for the area youth on Halloween Night (Wednesday, October 31). The Party will take place from 5:00pm-8:00pm. All youth under the age of 18 are invited to attend. All children 6 years of age and younger must be accompanied by an adult and teenagers are encourages to help with the event.
The Alternative Party will include over twenty carnival style games and activities, plenty of candy to give away, door prizes, FUN HOUSE, and a costume contest (beginning at 6:30pm). Some of the activities to look forward to include: Football Toss, Face Painting, Basketball Shoot, Corn Hole, plus much more.
In addition to the party, all youth attending the event will sign a Halloween Pledge Card stating, “I promise to THINK before I act, follow rules and laws at home, at school, and in my community, and tell my parents about my plans: where I’m going and who I’m going with.” Door Prize drawings will be conducted throughout the night for fun prizes.
The Club will be CLOSED PRIOR TO THE PARTY. Again, the HALLOWEEN ALTERNATIVE PARTY will begin at 5:00 and end at 8:00pm.
