Cake Decorating II at Rose Center

Rose Center in Morristown is pleased to offer a new class in the Wilton method of cake decorating.  Course Two will be offered on Thursdays from 6 to 8 PM beginning August 30.   The class meets for five weeks and the fee is $35.  Course I must have been completed to attend this class.  Students will learn embellished borders, including the basket weave, and fancy flowers, such as the daisy, pansy and violet.  A supplies list will be provided after registration.

Lora Hammond is the instructor for the course.  Hammond has been decorating cakes and taking classes since 1974.  She is a member of the international Cake Exploration Societe’ and takes classes and seminars each year in new styles and techniques.  She was honored with the Southeast Territory Wilton Method Instructor of the Year award for 1998.
