“Arts in the Park” in Morristown

Arts in the Park, an Art in the Heart of Hamblen County festival, will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Park.

The festival will celebrate visual and performing arts: painting, sculpture, photography, theater, music and dance.

Activities will include an art show and sale, art demonstrations, theater performances, live music, dance performances, an art walk (with the winner receiving an original art work), children’s art activities and food vendors.

Artists’ application deadine is July 1.
