ALPS “Walk to Remember”

The 21st Annual ALPS “Walk to Remember” will begin at 8 a.m. Saturday, July 28 at ALPS Adult Day Services, 600 N. Daisy St. in Morristown. Registration will continue through 7:30 a.m. on Saturday.
All proceeds from the 2-mile walk will directly benefit the agency that provides daily care and stimulating activities for adults of all ages who can not be left alone.
During registration, walkers will be able to bid on a number of silent auction items that have been donated by supporters of ALPS, including gift baskets artfully designed by ALPS board members, caregiver families and ALPS staff.
Prizes will be awarded as soon as the final walkers return, which include those for teams and individuals who raise the most money, as well as “Most Creative” team and “Most Enthusiastic” team.
A goody bag will be provided to all participants after the walk is completed. Designated walkers will also be available for those who wish to support ALPS but are unable to physically attend the morning fundraiser.
